Everything looks wired correctly (to the untrained eye). Removed glove box to find Audi controller "000 051 444 O". I can't go any further with this bit until my genuine Audi gps antenna turns up, which I just ordered today.īasically the BNS doesn't recognise the iPod, the iPod doesn't recognise itself being connected either. I can only assume that some idiot fitted the navigation due to a non-nav radio going faulty or something, then stuck some Halfrauds boy racer gimmick to the roof to complete the install. Removed rear headliner to discover that my shark fin antenna is a bloody fake! Not even a hole in the roof let alone any wires coming out of it :evil:

I've only had my TT for a few days and I'm just starting to investigate why the BNS 5.0 navigation, and the iPod connection don't work.īNS picks up 0 satellites so I removed it from dash to check connections.
